On page 16 [244 Cal.App.4th 171, advance report, 3d full par., lines 1-4], the second full paragraph, the first sentence is modified to read:

Blackwell?Vasilas relies on Wang v. Division of Labor Standards Enforcement (1990) 219 Cal.App.3d 1152 [268 Cal.Rptr. 669] (Wang) for the proposition that Vasilashe has no duty to verify the licensure of persons who hold themselves out as contractors.

It shall now read:
