Plaintiff Amir Yazdanshenas? (1) motion to compel further responses to form interrogatories-general, set one, propounded on defendant Reza Honarvar; (2) motion to compel further responses to form interrogatories-general, set one, propounded on defendant Matthew Thynne (?Thynne?); (3) motion to compel further responses and the production of documents to request for production of documents, set one, propounded on Honarvar; (4) motion to compel further responses and the production of documents to request for production of documents, set one, propounded on Thynne; and (5) motion to compel further responses to requests for admissions propounded on Thynne are denied.? As a preliminary matter, Plaintiff failed to comply with California Rule of Court 3.1345 with each of these motions.? In any event, the motions are denied as moot. ?Defendants served supplemental responses on 9/30/2016.

Plaintiff?s motion to compel further responses to special interrogatory numbers 22-24 propounded on Honarvar and Plaintiff?s motion to compel further responses to special interrogatory numbers 22-24 propounded on Thynne are granted.? Defendants did not adequately justify their objections to these interrogatories. Defendants Honarvar and Thynne are ordered to serve verified further responses, without any further objections, to numbers 22-24 of the special interrogatories, set one, within 10 days of the notice of the rulings.

Defendant Thynne is ordered to pay $1,060 in sanctions to Mona Tehrani within 30 days of the notice of the rulings.? Defendant Honarvar is ordered to pay $1,060 in sanctions to Mona Tehrani within 30 days of the notice of the rulings.

Plaintiff shall give notice of the rulings.
